I didn’t forget to update just was busy on yesterday. So day number #2 started out pretty much like day one Lemon water, and green tea. The juice of the day was focused on colon cleansing so we only have fruits.

So I am starting my yearly cleanse which includes, a very strict diet of raw fruits and vegetables. However, I have a hard time eating just veggies so I also will be juicing.

So day #2 wasn’t hard on the graphic side I just updated the mail container. On the database side I am creating procedures to retrieve stored data for later use. In case you are wondering where I got the idea from check out Smashing Magazine for the details of this challenge.
